My sporting life

My sporting life when I was very little maybe when I was 4 or 5 years old I used to do horsemanship at Carolina’s Park with my sister and it was fun but nowadays, I don’t know why, but I am scared of horses. Then I came to live in San Rafael and my mother put me in a ballet course when I was 6 years old. I used to dance after school and I still know how to do a lot of exercises in ballet. For example I was good at standing on tiptoe and doing a lot of tricks. I remember that I presented in the theater with my class and we made a lot of choreographies. This was a beautiful experience, all my family went to see me at the theater but I decided to stop practicing it because I was the youngest in the group and I wanted to be with girls that had the same age as me. Then I was in a swimming course where I learned how to swim. I remember that in the first week I drowned and I was very scared but then it was fun and I remember that after that my mother took me out to get an ice cream. During this time I learned how to swim very well and I still know a lot of stiles to swim. I decided to stop going there because I used to get a lot of colds because the water of the pool was freezing cold. Then when I entered school I used to practice basketball but I was not good at it and I decided not to continue playing this sport. Then I stayed at school in the evenings with my friends to do aerobics. During these years I also practiced pin-pon. All of my cousins and I used to go to my grandfather and my grandmother’s house to play pin-pon and we made different kinds of competitions and it was really interesting, fun, funny and we enjoyed the game and the exercise.
I think that practicing sports is very important in your life because it helps you to be healthy and it also helps you when you are stressed. If you exercise and relax your mind I think that it is not necessary to practice a sport. You can also walk or play different things that are not necessary a sport like rubber band, hopscotch and jumping rope. These are the typical games that I played with my family and friends when we were kids. In all of these games everyone used to sing songs which animated the games and made it more fun.
